Link In Bio

Your club’s Link In Bio is the heart of your club or society's profile. It’s a central hub where students can discover everything about your club, stay informed, and engage with your activities.

Why use the link-in-bio?

  • All-in-one place: Students can find all your club’s information in one location, no need to search multiple channels.

  • Instant Updates: Every event, membership, or merchandise item you publish is automatically showcased on your Link In Bio.

  • Engagement and Discovery: Your profile offers a seamless way for students to interact with your club and explore your activities.

How to Set It Up

  1. Log in to your Rubric account.

  2. From the top menu, click Link In Bio.

  3. On the building page, you can:

    • Logo: Drag and drop an image into the logo bubble. Use the trash icon to remove the current image.

    • Banner:

      • If you have event banners, the latest one will automatically display here.

      • To set a permanent banner, drag and drop an image into the banner space. Use the trash icon to delete the current image.

    • Edit Profile: Click Edit Profile to add your club description. (You can include links here, which will automatically be hyperlinked.)

    • Social Links: Add your club’s Instagram URL, Facebook page, or Discord server.

    • Events, Memberships, Merchandise, Deals and Committee: Add or edit these items (you can also do this from their respective tabs).

    • News Section: Create posts with a title, structured content, and an optional banner image for announcements or updates.

  4. Use the “View Live Page” button to preview what students will see.

Tip: Every event, membership, and merchandise item you add will appear automatically on your Link In Bio.
