Managing Club Types

Club Types define the categories available for student execs when creating a club on your campus. This allows your union to organize clubs by type and helps students find clubs that match their interests.

Where to Find It

  • Log in to your admin account

  • Click your logo in the top-right corner

  • Go to Settings โ†’ Campus Settings โ†’ Club Types

Managing Club Types

If you havenโ€™t set up any club types, a default set of club types is already created for you. Otherwise, follow the prompts below:

  1. Add a New Club Type

    • Type the name of the club type you want to add

    • Press Enter to save

  2. Edit an Existing Club Type

    • Double-click the club type you want to change

    • Make your edits and press Enter to save

  3. Important Notes

    • Your campus must have at least 3 club types at all times

    • Updating this list does not affect existing clubs or their assigned type

    • Club types are flexible. Add as many as you need to reflect your campus clubs
