Your Public Home Page for Student and Club Forms

You can now browse every application your student union has open from a single forms page in your student portal.

What's new

• A public page you can send anyone to. Your open applications now have their own page that students can browse without logging in first. Drop the link in a newsletter, on your socials or on your website and it just works.

• Students can search it themselves. Typing part of an application's name narrows the list instantly, which matters once you have more than a handful open.

• Everything you have open, in one place. Every application you're currently accepting is listed together, so students stop emailing your office asking which form they need.

Ways unions are using it

• Cut down the "where do I find the form?" emails. Instead of answering the same question all semester, point students at one page and let them find it themselves.

• One link for everything. Use the same link in your newsletter, your socials, your orientation slides and your email signature. It stays accurate as your forms change.

• Take pressure off your front desk. Students who'd normally walk in or call to ask what they need to fill in can self-serve, freeing your team for the cases that genuinely need a person.
