Process Overview
Your onboarding journey is structured into four key phases:
Configuration & Customisation – We set up your system and tailor it to match your workflows
Deployment & Fine Tuning – You review, test, and help refine the setup to ensure everything works as expected
Team Training – We train your team so they feel confident using Rubric day-to-day
Launch Preparation – Final checks and coordination to ensure a smooth and successful go-live
Each phase builds on the previous one, helping you move from setup → validation → readiness → launch with clarity and confidence.

Drive internal communication
Provide accurate workflows, define user access levels
Prepare and upload data, and configure core settings (eg: club details, forms, user access and portal preferences)
Review and approve setup and any customisations
Rubric team
We will:
Guide implementation
Deploy your system and any customisations
Provide training and support
Shared responsibilities
