This guide will help you understand:

  • How the implementation process works

  • What your team needs to prepare

Our goal is simple: get you live quickly, confidently, and with the right setup for your workflows.

Process Overview

Your onboarding journey is structured into four key phases:

  1. Configuration & Customisation – We set up your system and tailor it to match your workflows

  2. Deployment & Fine Tuning – You review, test, and help refine the setup to ensure everything works as expected

  3. Team Training – We train your team so they feel confident using Rubric day-to-day

  4. Launch Preparation – Final checks and coordination to ensure a smooth and successful go-live

Each phase builds on the previous one, helping you move from setup → validation → readiness → launch with clarity and confidence.

Roles & Responsibilities

Your team

You will:

  • Drive internal communication

  • Provide accurate workflows, define user access levels

  • Prepare and upload data, and configure core settings (eg: club details, forms, user access and portal preferences)

  • Review and approve setup and any customisations

Rubric team

We will:

  • Guide implementation

  • Deploy your system and any customisations

  • Provide training and support
