How to Book a Room on Campus?
If your university or student union uses Rubric for room bookings, follow these steps to reserve a space:
1. Open the Room Booking Application
Use the link shared with you by your university/union.
2. Complete the Booking Form
Fill out the form as shown in the video below.
3. Submit for Approval
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed.
You’ll receive an email notification letting you know whether your booking has been approved or rejected.
