Exec Team Management

With the Exec Team Management feature, you can easily store and invite your executives and student leaders to your organisation. Assign specific roles and control access levels to simplify login and improve security.

To access Exec Team Management:

  1. Click on the icon in the top right corner of your screen.

  2. Select Society Exec Team.

Managing Roles

Under the Roles table, you'll see a list of common club roles. From here, you can:

  • Create New Roles: Click the Create New Role button to add a new role and set access permissions.

  • Edit Roles: Click the three dots next to a role, select Edit Role and adjust access permissions as needed.

  • Delete Roles: Click the three dots next to a role and select Delete Role.

Managing Executives

Scroll down to the Club Executives table. From here, you can:

  • Add new club executives and send invites: Click the + Add Club Executive button to enter a new executive’s details and assign them a role.

  • Change executive roles: Click the three dots next to an executive’s name, then select Change Role to assign a new role. If you need to update their name or other details, add the new executive instead and remove the outdated contact.

  • Re-invite executives: Click the three dots next to an executive’s name and select Copy invite link to re-send their sign-in invitation.

  • Remove executives: Click the three dots next to their name and select Remove from team to revoke access.
