Student Access & Data
This section of your Campus Settings allows you to control how students log in, what information they provide, and how their data is accessed.
To access these options:
Log in to your admin account
Click your logo in the top-right corner
Go to Settings → Campus Settings
1. Student Login Management
Manage the login methods available for students:
Allow SSO Login
Enables students to log in using Single Sign-On (SSO) via your institution’s credentials.
Allow Standard Login
Enables login using email and password.
If you disable this, make sure SSO Login is enabled first to avoid locking students out.
Additional Options:
Ask students to fill out additional information
When enabled, students will be asked to complete extra fields after logging in.
To use this feature, create a metadata form by navigating to Custom Fields in the Student Database.
Important:
If both SSO Login and Standard Login are enabled, students can choose which method they prefer when logging in.
2. Student Data Access
Control who can access student data:
Override Student Data Permission
When enabled, admins can access student data regardless of individual data-sharing settings.
When disabled, you can only view data for students who have granted access via their profile settings.
