Managing the Clubs' Directory

The Clubs Directory is a list of all clubs on campus - affiliated or not - that can be embedded on your website. It lets students explore and discover clubs easily while driving more traffic to your student body’s site.

How can I add the club directory to my website?

Log in to your account, click the top-right icon, and head to Settings. From the left-hand menu, select iFrame Customisation. You’ll find an embeddable code for your website that includes your Clubs Directory, Event Calendar, and more. Just follow the instructions on the page.

How can I add a club to the directory?

There are two ways to manage which clubs appear in the directory:

  • Automatic: Any club that creates an account under your university will automatically appear in the directory.

  • Approval-based: Only clubs that complete the affiliation or re-affiliation process (and are approved by you) will appear in the directory.

You can view a full list of clubs from the Affiliation module (bottom table) and manually affiliate or disaffiliate clubs as needed.

How can I remove a club from the directory?

You can remove clubs in two ways:

  • From the Affiliation tab, disaffiliate the club.

  • From Club Management, click the 3 dots > Archive Club to the right of the club’s name. This will hide it from both the directory and your dashboard.

How can I update a club’s information?

Go to Club Management, find the club, and click the Sign in as button on the right. Once signed in as the club:

  • Go to Settings (top right) to edit club details, or

  • Visit their Link-in-bio page to make changes directly.

How do I manage club profiles once they’re in the directory?

Once the directory is set up and embedded on your website, club profiles update automatically - no manual work required :)
