Settlements

What are settlements?

Settlements are the payments your club or society receives from sales (tickets, memberships, or merchandise items).

What are the settlement options?

We offer 3 settlement options, which you can select from your account settings:

  • Smart (weekly) - We send out the money from your sales every week.

  • Monthly - We send out the money from your sales once a month.

  • Post-Event - We send out the money from your ticket sales once your event is complete, including any refunds issued.

Where can I see settlement details?

You can view a list of settlements and their details under Settings (top-right icon) > Settlements in the portal. The settlements table provides information such as:

  • Settlement Details - Click View for more information on a settlement (e.g., refunds issued).

  • Settlement ID - The unique identification number for each settlement.

  • Bank Reference - The identification number shown on your bank statement.

  • Settlement Type - The type of sales included in the settlement.

  • Settlement Amount - Revenue generated from your sales (before any adjustments).

  • Adjustment -

    1. Refunds: Any refunds you issue will appear as negative amounts and are displayed in grey.

    2. Held amounts: For events with unusually high funds compared to your history, we may temporarily hold an amount. This is returned in the next settlement period (unless chargebacks or refunds are processed after funds are sent).

  • Final Remit Amount - Total amount sent to your account (Settlement Amount – Adjustments).

  • Timestamp - The date the settlement is sent.

Where can I change my account details?

Hit the top right icon of the portal > Settings and scroll to the Bank Accounts section to add or update your club’s bank details.

When can I expect the next settlement?

The estimated date of your next settlement is displayed on the Notifications board on your portal’s homepage.

The estimate is based on your chosen settlement option (weekly, monthly, or post-event). Please note this is only an estimate, and actual settlement dates may vary slightly.
