Creating Membership Deals

Membership Deals allow your club to offer exclusive discounts and special offers to your members. You can create deals with local businesses, campus services, or other merchants and share them with your members through Rubric.

Creating a Membership Deal

  1. Go to Operations.

  2. Under the Memberships section, click Membership Deals.

  3. Click + Add Deal.

  4. Enter the details for your deal, including:

    • Deal title: Give your deal a clear name.

    • Merchant name: Enter the name of the business or organisation offering the deal.

    • Merchant website: Add a link to the merchant's website or relevant page.

    • Validity period: Set the dates during which the deal is available to members.

    • Deal image: Upload an image to represent the deal.

    • Redemption instructions: Explain clearly how members can claim or redeem the offer.

  5. Review the information you've entered.

  6. Click Save to publish the deal.

Once published, members can access the deal through your club's Link In Bio.

Viewing and managing your Membership Deals

Once you've created your deals, you can view them from the Membership Deals page.

The page displays your deals along with:

  • Deal Title

  • Category

  • Deal validity: The dates during which the deal is available.

  • Status: Shows whether the deal is Active or Inactive.

  • Actions: Options for viewing or editing the deal.

Deal status

Your deal's status is based on its validity period:

  • Active: The deal is currently within its validity period and available for members to view and claim.

  • Inactive: The deal's validity period has expired and it is no longer available to members.

Viewing or editing a deal

To view or edit an existing deal:

  1. Find the deal you want to manage on the Membership Deals page.

  2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) under the Actions column.

  3. Select View to view the deal or Edit to make changes.

How members access Membership Deals

Members can access your club's active deals through your Link In Bio.

They can select a deal to view the offer and follow the redemption instructions you've provided.

Tip: Make sure your redemption instructions are clear and include any information members need to claim the deal, such as a promo code, showing their membership pass, or visiting a specific location.
