Auditing Election Activity & Integrity

To ensure election integrity, Rubric logs key actions taken by both election administrators and voters. You can review these logs by heading to Audit Log from the side menu.

Actions and Events Logged:

• Election Setup:

  • Election created/updated

  • Election started/ended

• Ballot Management:

  • Ballot created/updated

  • Candidate added/updated

  • Party added/updated

• Voter Management:

  • Voter added/updated

  • Voters imported in bulk

• Voter Activity:

  • Voter opened ballot

  • Ballot link copied

  • Voter submitted ballot

  • Vote spoiled

• Results Handling:

  • Results preview generated

  • Results published
    

These logs help maintain transparency and provide an audit trail for the election process.
