Where can I find my purchased tickets?

To view your ticket or have it scanned at the door:

1. Download the Campus app or head over to the web app.

2. Login or register with the email address linked to your ticket.

3. If you are on the Rubric app, go to the Wallet tab to view your tickets, memberships and merch orders.

   If you are on the web app, go to My Profile, then go to the Upcoming Events tab to find purchased tickets for new and upcoming events.

   If you are looking for tickets of past events, go to Past Events tab

If you cannot find your tickets, go to Find Orders and follow the prompts.

Still no ticket? Best to reach out to the event organisers with your name and email address. They will be able to find your ticket and transfer it to your email address linked to your Rubric account.
