How do I sell my ticket on the Rubric Marketplace?

Please note that Marketplace is available in Australia and the UK only.

To list your ticket for sale on the Rubric marketplace:

1. Log in or sign up to the Campus app on your phone (with the same email address that you used to purchase your ticket).

2. Tap on the Wallet tab and locate the ticket that you wish to sell.

3. Click on Open ticket

4. At the bottom of the ticket details page, click on Sell or transfer

5. Follow the prompts to fill in the ticket listing details, then click on List Ticket

To view your listing on the marketplace, go to the Discover tab, then click on Marketplace. Your listing will be shown there.

You can list and sell tickets for free. A service and payment processing fee will be included in the final listing price, which the buyer pays. For more information on pricing, please see https://hellorubric.com/pricing

To cancel your listing:

1. In the Rubric app, head over to the Discover tab, select Marketplace

2. Locate and tap on your ticket listing

3. Tap on Cancel Listing.

Alternatively, you can also go to Wallet tab, find your ticket and cancel it from the ticket details page.
